Ila Rose Foster

Ila loves research and big ideas. She has spent months studying her family's farmland and water sources to help develop S.A.G.E. She is passionate about water and how people have managed it for centuries. When she's not researching, she's running a family ranch, participating in National History Day, and attending her local Ditch Board meetings... because agua es vida!
